Abstract The Order provides guidelines on fees applied to fishery activities conducted by vessels or by companies based in Greenland. The fee is 60 DKK/ton. Fees for research purposes is calculated based on the actual catch. No tax charge for each ton caught. Fees paid pursuant to article 3 of Order No. 22 shall be reimbursed no later than 31 December 2013. For fishing licences (deep sea or shrimp coastal fishing) a fee based on quota shall be required (60 DKK/ton); payment of allowance not used shall not be refunded.
