Abstract

The Order sets regulations on the duty payment for fishing activities from boats and vessels (measuring max. 6 meters) or companies with residence status in Greenland. For sea-fishing or coastal shrimp-fishing license a fee on the basis of quota size is paid (DKK 60 for each notified ton). Also, a fee of DKK 1 500 shall be charged for the issuance of licenses and permits for inland fishing. The fee for granted quota for sea-fishery based on fishing days and fishery for exploration purposes, shall be calculated on the volume landed. The fee is 60 DKK/ton.
