Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities, terms and conditions (refusal of issuance, suspension, renewal and cancellation) of issuing authorization for emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air. The aforesaid authorization shall be applicable to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs owning stationary sources of emissions and means of transport and other mobile sources of emissions. The authorization shall be issued either for the whole production site or for some workshops. The applicants shall submit the following: (a) application; (b) validated maximum allowable emissions limits; (c) maximum allowable emissions limits set for each single stationary source.
