Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of issuance of permits for emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth by the national legislation, including emissions of radioactive substances (radionuclides) within the established limits. The grounds for refusal of the issuance of permits shall be: (a) expiration of the established emission standards; (b) identification of pollutants contained in emissions that were not specified by the applicant in the application form; (c) excess of emission limits; and (d) non-compliance of the applicant with the obligation to reduce emissions or non-achievement of the planned efficiency anti-pollution arrangements.
