Abstract The present Order, of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules on the international transport of perishable foodstuff. Commercial transport of the foodstuffs mentioned in Annex 8 of this Order shall be done using insulated transport equipment that is approved and labeled according to the rules in Chapter 2. As a general rule, road transport equipment shall be accompanied by an approval certificate.
