Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 1 July 2022.
Abstract

The present Order, of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules on the international transport of perishable foodstuff. Commercial transport of the foodstuffs mentioned in Annex 8 of this Order shall be done using insulated transport equipment that is approved and labeled according to the rules in Chapter 2. As a general rule, road transport equipment shall be accompanied by an approval certificate.
