The Order enters into force on 1 January 1985.
Abstract

The Order sets regulations on commercial fishing licence for cod. Vessels of min. 80 GRT shall be granted such permit with a total allowable catch for cod-fishing which shall be determined by national authorities; suspension of fishing activity shall be notified by radio and press when ceiling is reached.
