Abstract This Order applies to commercial cod-fishing whereby vessels of 80 BRT or larger are subject to fishing licensing specifying total allowable catch, permitted geografic fishing areas and period of fishing. Vessel size requirements are in adherence to Act No. 203 of 18 May 1977 regulations. Fishing licence is valid for a maximum of 1 year and is in adherence to Act No. 11 of 21 December 1984, in particular article 3.
