Abstract This Order sets regulations on commercial fishing activities undertaken by Greenlandic registered vessels, foreign vessels fishing in the territory of Greenland, or/and by foreign vessels fishing outside of Greenland's fishing territory independently from the vessel's tonnage. It is mandatory for these vessels to carry a TAC equipment system when fishing for all species (except for shrimp and coastal fishing for Greenland halibut for vessels longer than 6 feet) and prerequisite for commercial fishing shall apply to Greenlandic fishing vessels registered in territories subject to international and regional fishing regulations.
