Abstract The Order applies to sea-fishing monitoring in West and East Greenland but does not apply to salmon- and char-fishing. Authorized fishing vessels are subject to registering their activities in the on-board logbook with all information regarding their purpose of fishing, vessel’s size and marking, time/date of expected arrival and departure time for their fishing activities and exact position of their operation. Catch must be identified and registered as well as by-catch, which must be kept on board separate from each species.
