Abstract The Order applies to commercial sea-fishing in Greenland, although not to salmon and char fishing. It sets regulations on the notification of vessel fishing activity time and date, including detailed arrival and departure periods as well as in which specified fishing position areas by registering all information on logbooks. Registration of by-catch must also be inserted, ensuring marking and storage thereof for inspection purposes.
