The Order enters into force on 1 April 2012.
Abstract

The Order applies to fishing quotas in the Greenland fishery territory. It sets regulations on the geographic areas where quota is allocated for scallops (article No. 6) and coastal-fishing for halibut (article No. 7). Suspension of fishing activities will be notified by the national Fishery Authority when total allowable catch levels have been reached.
