The Order enters into force on 23 December 2011.
Abstract

This Order applies to commercial fishing in the Greenland fishing territory. Its purpose is to determine whether a vessel is above or below a tonnage limit which shall be shown by the vessel's tonnage licence. Scallop-fishing quota is restricted to certain fishing areas specified under article 6, as well as other marine fishes are allowed to be cought in determined geographic areas.
