It consists of 20 articles and 6 annexes establishing the requirements in order to improve forestry sector as follows: a) promoting and improving economic, ecological and social functions of forests; b) increasing forestry areas, with local reforestation accoring to the natural habitat; c) improving infrastructures of forestry sector, in particular within protecting measures to be applied in order to avoid forest fires; d) combating soil erosion and promoting forestry ecosysytem reconstitution; e) increase biodiversity and different use of forest areas; f) promoting the silviculture production.
