Aerial protection against pests and negative environmental impact shall be carried out as part of forest pathology monitoring for sanitary protection of forests. Areas of application of aerial protection of forests shall be determined by the Federal Forest agency by agreement with regional executive bodies. Aerial patrolling of forests shall begin with the beginning of forest fire risk season.
