Order No. 470 of the Federal Forest Agency validating Regulation on aerial protection against forest fires.

Abstract

This Order establishes that aerial protection of forests against forest fires shall be carried out: (a) by federal executive bodies on forest plots pertaining to regional property; (b) by the Federal Forest Agency on forest plots under federal management; (c) by defence and security bodies on forest plots of defence and security; and (d) by the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service on forest plots of protected areas. Aerial protection against pests and negative environmental impact shall be carried out as part of forest pathology monitoring for sanitary protection of forests. Areas of application of aerial protection of forests shall be determined by the Federal Forest agency by agreement with regional executive bodies. Aerial patrolling of forests shall begin with the beginning of forest fire risk season.
