Abstract This Order applies to commercial fishing for scallops operated in Greenland's fishing territory by individuals and companies with Greenland Fisheries licence of which duration may be maximum of 1 year. The license is issued to individuals who have residence status in Greenland for the past 2 years and that have fishery as their main source of income. License is also authorized to vessels which crew consists of min. 70% of these afore-mentioned individuals.
