The Order enters into force on 3 January 1985.
Abstract

This Order applies to commercial fishing for scallops operated in Greenland's fishing territory by individuals and companies with Greenland Fisheries licence of which duration may be maximum of 1 year. The license is issued to individuals who have residence status in Greenland for the past 2 years and that have fishery as their main source of income. License is also authorized to vessels which crew consists of min. 70% of these afore-mentioned individuals.
