Abstract

This Order prohibits the emission of harmful substances in the public sewerage system and rules the determination of the sewerage system penalty. The Annex of this Order lists harmful substances, their limits, and the amount of penalty per unit of harmful substance. These amounts shall be increased with the territorial factor specified in the Annex. This Order contains detailed rules on the control of waste water emission in the public sewerage system, on the establishment of damage caused to it, and on the imposition of the penalty.
