Abstract

This Decree shall apply to those natural and legal persons who emit waste waters or liquid urban wastes into the public sewerage system. It contains detailed rules on the inspection of the quantity and quality of waste waters emitted in the public sewerage system, on the establishment of the damage, and on the imposition of the penalty. Annex 2 to this Decree determines limit values for harmful (Part A) and poisonous (Part B) substances and the amount of penalty per unit of these substances.
