Abstract

Order applies to commercial fishing in the Greenland fishing territory, and the commercial fishery in Greenland outside the Greenland fishing territory. It determines whether a vessel is above or below a tonnage limit, as shown by the vessel's tonnage certificate. Scallops-fishing is limited to a certain fishing territory specified under article 6 and specified quota is listed in the attached Annex 1 and 2.
