This Decree shall enter into force on 1 October 1998.
Abstract

The Act sets criteria for handling hazardous substances that may damage the ozone layer. Article 18 specifies that handling of substances must be done in order as to minimize negative impact (emissions from stationary sources) upon the atmospheric air. The modalities of handling must prevent mixing of hazardous substances with other pollutants or devalued substances. Article 24 dealing with substance handling mode in the course of its collection and storage of hazardous substances specifies that
