Abstract

This Order establishes authorized food additive requirements (colouring, preservative, flavouring, antioxidant, etc.). It consists of 3 articles and 5 annexes establishing food additive purety standards and specifying every authorized food additives for human consumption. It also lists 15 methods in order to establish the purety of such additives.
