Abstract The Order applies to coastal fishing within 3 miles from the coast line and sets regulations on halibut-fishing in specific managed areas (under article 2). Tonnage of vessels, quotas and fishing areas are established by the yearly granted fishing licence and related to specific fishing regions. It is not permitted to fish for halibut with nets or trawl.
