The Order enters into force on 3 September 2007.
Abstract

The Order sets regulations on saltwater aquaculture and mariculture fish farming in adherence to adherence to EU regulations. Its purpose is to ensure standards for the implementation of special production of fish feed. The Order applies to Individuals and companies that own aquaculture facility who shall annually submit information about operations thereof to the Directorate of Fisheries.
