Abstract

This Order applies to operators of herds and sets regulations with regard to the notification of suspicious or confirmed cases of Aujeszky disease to a professional veterinarian. Examination will subsequentially be required to ascertain whether any animal show signs of being infected with the disease. Material thereof shall be submitted for necessary study to the National Food Institute or to one of the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark approved laboratories.
