Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Nature Protection Act of 29 July 2009 in the Land Brandenburg. Article 1 establishes that powers shall be transferred to the Nature Protection Office to enact decrees in view of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
