Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters in to force on 1 July 1991.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on nature protection and landscape conservation of 18 September 1990. Article 1 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office is the competent office in the Canton to implement the aformentioned Law. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competent authorities (I); Calculation of levies (II); Contributions (III); Omissis (IV); Final provisions (V).
