Abstract These Regulations implement the National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012 by prescribing the fees payable, and forms to be used, for applications for the approval of animal identification systems under section 15(1)(b) of the Act and for applications for the accreditation for an entity as an information provider or as an entity dealing with NAIT animals under section 20(1) of the Act.
