Abstract

This Ministerial Order establishes the controls to be carried out by the General Inspection on Fisheries ('Inspecção-Geral das Pescas - IGP') regarding sanitary measures to be applied for producing and placing on the market living bivalve molluscs. 'IGP' shall be the competent authority entitled to control the fulfilment of the Regulation prescribed in the annex 2 of Decree-Law No. 112/95 23 May, article 2 of Decree-Law No. 293/98 of 18 September and Decree-Law No. 375/98 of 24 November.
