Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as of 1 July 2001.
Abstract

The Decree lays down provisions for the transposition into the national legislation and application of Commission Directive 2000/42/EC. According to the provisions of article 1, the maximum levels for residues listed in Annex I to this Decree shall replace those listed in Part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 for the pesticides in question. The maximum levels for residues listed in Annex II to this Decree shall replace those listed in Part A of Annex II to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. The maximum levels for residues listed in Annex III to this Decree shall replace those listed in Part B of Annex V to Decree No. 497/89 (article 2). The maximum levels for residues listed in Annex IV to this Decree shall replace those listed in Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95 for the pesticides in question. The maximum level for residues for acephate on peaches shall be fixed at 0,02 mg/kg (article 3).
