Abstract

This Decree, in order to comply with the relative European legislation, provides for the establishment of a system for the identification and registration of bovine meat and of products deriving from it. The Decree sets forth the rules to be applied for compulsory labelling of bovine meat and minced beef proceeded in GrECe as well as in third countries (non-EC countries). The competent authority, in compliance with article 20 of EC Regulation No. 1760, for the implementation of these Regulations
