This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

Taking into account the technical developments in the field of food additives since the adoption of Directive 95/2/EC, Council Directive No. 2001/5/EC amends Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners. In compliance with the recent developments, this Decree brings forth a number of amendments to articles 33, 70, 131 and 144 of the Food Code.
