Abstract

With this Decision, the constitution of a Committee is established. Its work shall be a) the study of problems arisen -for first time in the Greek market- connected to the conduct of special controls for genetically modified organisms contained in foodstuffs and food products, in compliance with Council Regulations No. 258/97, 1139/98, 49/2000 and 50/2000, b) the issuing of a special protocol to be followed during the controls (it should be reported: the types of raw materials and final products
