Abstract Italy bans the introduction into the territory of corn disbrotic and for this purpose the national phytosanitary authority will periodically monitor and perform checks on all plants and plant products introduced into the national territory. In terms of article 3 any actual or suspected case of infection must be immediately notified and if the disease is officially detected the infected area will be declared outbreak site. (8 Articles).
