Forest monitoring shall be carried out at the national and local levels. There are the following types of forest monitoring: (a) ecological forest monitoring (related to the impact of air pollution upon forests); (b) monitoring of forest pests and diseases; (c) radiation monitoring; (d) ecological and reclamation monitoring of reclaimed forest land.
