The five Parts of the Decree concern the valuating criteria of the following characteristics: a) hydrogeological; b) physical and chemical; c) microbiological; d) chemical and pharmacological. Part V lays down the criteria for reviewing the recognition of natural mineral water, giving particular regard to the documents and certificates that shall accompany the application.
