Abstract

The Ministerial Decree, which consists of five articles divided into five Parts, sets out specific criteria for the valuation intended for the recognition of natural mineral water, in compliance with article 2 of Legislative Decree No. 105 of 1992. The five Parts of the Decree concern the valuating criteria of the following characteristics: a) hydrogeological; b) physical and chemical; c) microbiological; d) chemical and pharmacological. Part V lays down the criteria for reviewing the recognition of natural mineral water, giving particular regard to the documents and certificates that shall accompany the application.
