Abstract

The present Ministerial Decree lays down certain amendments to Ministerial Decree No. 542 of 1992 with a view to bringing the national provisions concerning natural mineral waters and spring waters in line with Directive 2003/40/EC, which has established the limits for admissible levels of those constituents of mineral waters that might pose a risk to public health.
