The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/38/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of fusarium toxins in foodstuffs are adopted and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame. Annex I to the present Decree establishes the sampling methods to be followed for the official control of the levels of fusarium toxins in foodstuffs. Sample preparation and methods of analyses shall comply with the criteria set out in Annex II.
