Abstract

This Decree amends Ministerial Decree No. 1263 of 1997 regarding validation of the Regulation on testing foodstuffs or ingredients that are spoiled or injurious to health and their reutilization or disposal as follows: (a) item 2 shall be amended to read: “2. Control of poor quality and dangerous raw alimentary materials and foodstuffs shall be carried out by the authorized food quality and food safety control agencies that shall make decision on further use of destruction thereof”; (b) item 3 shall be amended to read: “3. Testing of poor quality and dangerous foodstuffs shall be carried out to determine the possibility of its further use or destruction.”
