The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Table attached to article 36a of the Food Code is amended hereby, in accordance with the Annex to Commission Directive 2010/59/EU amending Directive 2009/32/EC on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients. More specifically, in Part II, the new row regarding Dimethyl ether is inserted. Also, in Part III of the Table, Methanol and Propan-2-ol rows are inserted.
