Abstract Fishing with dragnets shall be allowed until 31 May 2010 in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 14 to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1967/2006 concerning management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea and according to the provisions of article 1, paragraph 2 and article 3, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree No. 817/1966 regarding the mesh size and minimum distance of the nets from the coastline.
