This Decree enters into force the day of its publication on the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana.

Abstract

The active substance Dinoterb is not included in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194, 17 March 1995 and no authorization will be recognized to plant protection products including such substance. No renewal, re-examination, withdrawal and updating of the authorization to these products shall be given. (1 article)
