Abstract

The agricultural varieties referred to in Annexes I and II to Act No. 1096 of 1971 and Annex III to Act No. 195 of 1976 shall, for the purpose of registration in the national catalogue of plant varieties, cover the characteristics and conditions required by Directives 2003/90/EC and 2003/91/EC.
