Abstract

This Decree updates Ministerial Decree 19 May 2000 implementing Directives No. 2000/42/CE and 2000/48/CE repealing and amending provisions on maximum levels for some pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal and plant origin, including fruit and vegetables. Maximum residue levels for pesticides are specified in the Annexes.
