Abstract

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 2/1993, whole reptile skins belonging to the order Crocodylia - whose species are reported in the Annex to this decree - that have been declared and regularly imported, are entitled to free inventory and unique marking. The State Forestry Corp is responsible for maintaining up to date the Registry and for identifying the application of internally agreed marking system.
