Abstract

The Ministerial Decree activates the 2019/2020 campaign for the crisis distillation of wine non protected by the designation of origin as defined by Annex VII, Part II of EU Regulation 1308/2013. The Decree, under Heading I, establishes beneficiaries, amount of total funding and of individual aid, procedures for submitting aid request and monitoring system. The alcohol resulting from the distillation can be utilized for industrial use only, including pharmaceutical purposes and to produce disinfectants or supplements. Heading II and Annex I reorganise and allocate funding of the National Program for viticulture support.
