Abstract The present Ordinance enforces article 26 of the Act of 12 May 2004 on on the reorganization of the milk market and the forward integration of dairy farming (Milk Market Act). In particular, article 1 establishes that the Ordinance governs the granting of support services for the development and expansion of the processing structures in the dairy industry. It regulates in particular: a) the general conditions for the granting of support services; b) the distribution of the total funding amounts and the determination of individual funding amounts; c) the requirements, the design and the sphere of scope of each type of support services.
