Numerous amendments are made to various Regulations to provide for: licensing of premises, obligations of operators, appeals, reporting, offences, veterinary inspection and powers of inspectors, marketing of fresh meat, enforcement of regulations, prohibition to use certain equipment, certification of minced meat, etc.
