The form of application for a licence is laid down in the First Schedule and the licence shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule. A licence shall not be valid anymore if a slaughterhouse has been ordered to be closed by the Director of Veterinary Services in accordance with regulation 6 (b) of (the Meat Control (Local Slaughterhouses) Regulations.
