Abstract

The effect of this Order is to permit the vessels of Belgium, Britain, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain, which have traditional fishing rights in areas specified in section 3 of the Maritime Jurisdiction (Amendment) Act, 1964 for certain stocks of fish in the exclusive fishery limits around the Irish coast, which are indicated in the Order, to continue to fish in those areas in the six to twelve mile belt.
