Abstract

This Order amends those provisions of the principal Order of 1965, which indicate the areas and stocks of fish in respect of which the vessels of Belgium, Britain, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain have traditional fishing rights in the exclusive fishery limits around the Irish coast. The combined effect of the two Orders in this respect is to permit vessels of these countries to continue fishing in the six to twelve mile belt of the exclusive fishery limits in the specified areas for the specified stocks of fish.
