Abstract

These Rules amend rule 17 which prescribes conditions for the issue of licences under the principal Rules: A licensee who purchases crawfish shall not offer for sale or dispose of such crawfish unless he has submitted the crawfish for inspection to inspectors appointed by the Minister and has paid an inspection fee at specified ports.
